Our vision is for a society in which violent systems are replaced by ones that produce social justice.

Our mission is to contribute to the transformation of systems that generate violence and perpetuate cycles of trauma, so that fewer people are harmed.

We do this by:

• Providing training, reflective practice, resources, and support for professionals, leaders and decision-makers.

• Supporting policymakers and funders with research and consultion towards legislation that reduces violence.

• Highlighting harmful institutional practice, while offering solutions and space for collaboration.
