  • Reflective practice groups are designed for professionals working with individuals, groups, and communities affected by trauma.

  • This is not a therapy group and should not be used or accessed as a substitute for therapy.

  • Participation is limited to those in official professional roles, and all applicants will undergo an application and shortlisting process

2. Membership Details

  • Monthly Fee: £25 per month (starting February 2025).

    • This fee covers:

      • Two reflective practice sessions per month (except during breaks).

      • Membership to the Understanding Trauma Book Club (accessible year-round).

    • Exceptions: Members joining in the final term may be considered for extended membership into the following year.

3. Attendance and Participation

  • Participants will be notified if their membership is terminated, and their spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.

4. Payment Policies

  • Membership fees must be paid monthly and on time.

  • Failure to pay, cancellation of payment, or declined payments will result in termination of membership and removal from the group.

6. Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality is mandatory to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

    • All client names, case details, and identifiable information shared during sessions must be anonymized.

    • No discussions or sharing of group content outside the sessions is permitted.

    • Breaches of confidentiality will lead to immediate review and potential termination of membership.

7. Group Assignments

  • All sessions will be conducted on Zoom.
