Reflective PRactice

Our reflective practice is a trauma-centred, therapeutic space for professionals working with individuals, groups, and communities affected by trauma. Rooted in psychodynamic understanding, it supports practitioners in developing trauma-responsive and inclusive approaches to their work. While not a therapy group, reflective practice fosters professional and personal growth by providing a safe, confidential space to explore challenges, responses, and successes.

Reflective Practice for Practitioners

A Trauma-Centered, Therapeutic Space for Those Who Hold Space for Others

At Project 507, we know that working in systemically harmful institutions—whether in social work, education, healthcare, or community spaces—takes a toll. Practitioners are often expected to provide care and support in high-pressure environments while navigating their own emotional and psychological well-being. Reflective practice offers a dedicated space to process, replenish, and build resilience.

What We Offer

Our reflective practice sessions provide a trauma-centered, therapeutic space for practitioners to explore their experiences, emotional responses, and professional challenges in a structured yet supportive environment. These sessions are designed to:

  • Reduce burnout and secondary trauma

  • Strengthen professional boundaries and emotional resilience

  • Provide a space for self-reflection and growth

  • Improve decision-making and ethical practice

  • Foster a sense of community and mutual support

We offer sessions in a range of formats to suit individual and organizational needs:

  • One-to-One or Group Sessions – tailored to the needs of individuals, teams, or organisations

  • Session Lengths – available in 45-minute, 60-minute, or 90-minute formats

  • Flexible Delivery – available as a one-off session or a structured multi-session program

  • Recommended Commitment – for deeper impact, we typically recommend a minimum of 6–8 sessions

Why Work With Us?

  • Trauma-Centered Approach – We recognise that practitioners operate within complex, often harmful systems. Our sessions acknowledge these realities and provide strategies to navigate them while maintaining well-being.

  • Experienced Facilitation – With a background in psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice, and systemic change, we offer a depth of insight that goes beyond standard reflective supervision.

  • Scalable for Organisations – We offer scaled pricing for organisations looking to support their teams with ongoing reflective practice.

Invest in Your Well-Being

Caring for others should not come at the cost of your own well-being. Reflective practice is not a luxury—it’s a necessity for sustainable, impactful work.

Reflective Practice Membership Offer

The next cohort will start in May and the deadline for applications is Friday 18th April 2025. Please note lone workers and those who work in community-based and grassroot organisations will be prioritised.

Affordable, Accessible, and Centered on Your Well-Being

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), Project 507 is committed to making reflective practice accessible to those who need it most. We recognise that practitioners working in frontline and grassroots roles often lack the resources for structured support, despite facing some of the most challenging and emotionally demanding work.

Our Reflective Practice Membership offers bi-weekly, 60-minute sessions at a vastly reduced rate, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to accessing the space you deserve.

For just £25 per month—or £250 for the full year*—you gain access to a trauma-centered, therapeutic space where you can process experiences, strengthen resilience, and receive the support needed to sustain your work.

This membership is subsidised by Project 507 as part of our commitment to giving back to the community. We believe that those who hold space for others deserve to be held too.

Join today and invest in your well-being.
